Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that may occur.

Although we try our best to offer a friendly, efficient service, there are times when some of you feel angry and frustrated. As practice manager it is of the upmost important that the practice runs smoothly and all our patients are happy with the service we provide. I am available to speak to so please come and talk to me about any grievances! We do not always get things right and I would like to hear about it firstly! Most concerns can be handled this way. If your complaint concerns the doctors or nurses at the practice, I can arrange for communication to take place with them outside normal hours.

We have found that more often than not the problem can be resolved and misunderstandings clarified. If you wish to speak to me, please ask at reception and I will make arrangements to see you as soon as possible, often this can be on the same day.
