Donna Leader, Jennifer Nornoo
A Practice Nurse (or General Practice Nurse) is a registered nurse who works within a GP surgery as a key member of the primary healthcare team. They provide frontline patient care, focusing on preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and routine treatments like wound care, immunizations, and health screenings

Ellie
HCAs are vital, non-registered clinical support staff who work under the guidance of registered professionals like GPs and Practice Nurses. They perform routine tasks to assess patient health, assist with minor clinical procedures, and help clinics run efficiently.

Phlebotomist jobs involve drawing and preparing blood so it can be used for Donations, Medical testing and Transfusion. They are trained to collect blood through venipuncture (that is, from a vein, typically the back of the hand or inside of the elbow) and finger pricks, while heel pricks are typically used to collect blood from young children.
